Our story

Built by people who've worked in schools

We started Hurst Technology Solutions because we believed schools deserved better IT support. Having worked in schools ourselves, we'd seen first-hand how frustrating it was — waiting days for a response, dealing with engineers who didn't understand the school day, and being sold technology that didn't fit.

We built Hurst Technology to be different. Every member of our team has worked in a school. We've been the IT technician fielding calls during assembly, fixing the interactive display five minutes before parents' evening, and rolling out new laptops over half term. We know what it's like.

That experience shapes everything we do. We answer the phone when you call. We schedule work around your school calendar. We explain things in plain language, not jargon. And we only recommend what your school actually needs.

Today, we support schools across Kent and the South East — from small village primaries to large secondaries and multi-site trusts. Our mission hasn't changed: to give every school access to the kind of IT support they deserve.
