- Booking system: name, email, preferred appointment time (processed by Microsoft Bookings)
- Website analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
- To arrange consultations booked through our booking system
- To provide and improve our services
- We do not use your data for marketing unless you specifically opt in
Legal basis for processing
- Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries and providing information you've requested
- Contract: where you engage us for services
- Consent: where you opt in to marketing communications
Data retention
- Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months after last contact, then deleted
- Service-related data: retained for the duration of our contract plus 6 years (in line with HMRC requirements)
