What personal data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number, school name, job role, message content
  • Booking system: name, email, preferred appointment time (processed by Microsoft Bookings)
  • Website analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data

How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
  • To arrange consultations booked through our booking system
  • To provide and improve our services
  • We do not use your data for marketing unless you specifically opt in

Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries and providing information you've requested
  • Contract: where you engage us for services
  • Consent: where you opt in to marketing communications

Data retention

  • Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months after last contact, then deleted
  • Service-related data: retained for the duration of our contract plus 6 years (in line with HMRC requirements)

  • Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics)
  • Microsoft (Bookings, email processing)
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
